Notes: "The physiognomical portion (leaves A2-B8) is apparently an epitome, by an unknown hand, of books 1-2 of the author’s Chyromantiae ac physionomiae anastasis. Its prologus is made up of portions from the prologus and the beginning of book 1 of the ... Anastasis. The Compendium is illustrated with 29 woodcut figures of heads"--Durling.
The chiromantic portion (leaves C1 to end) is headed: Andreae Corvi Mirandulani Absolutissima ratio chyromantiae; it consists of 21 p. of text, a woodcut diagram of the hand with the areas named in German, and 158 smaller woodcut figures of the hand, each with explanatory text below it.
